		<description>Hi,

have you looked at metaas yet? maybe it helps. Looks really good (all code seems to be unit tested and looks really well architectured). It basically reads an as file and creates an object model fom it which you can manipulate. Don't know how much code formatting is supported, but this project may give you a head start at wich you want to accomplish

		<description>Hi Ralph,

Verry nince!, im fighting with monkey / dash project (automate eclipse with javascript via rhino) to build my own organise imports for mxml. It totally sucks that we haven't got that it in flex builder instead of the desinger tools that noone uses.... The double/unsorted/redundant imports become a real hassle if you refactor a mxml project. I know i could use code behind, but i dont like it it doesnt add anything but extra files/hassle imho.

Dash is a nice project to easily automate eclipse and you may be interested to play with it but it seems that the mxml editor isn't compliant... In the actionscript editor it works fine so you can easily create a shortcut keycombination to create getters/setters for a simple property, but not in the mxml editor. grmbl... So i may switch to your approach and try do it with ant. Ant is becoming my friend anyway :) I'll look at your code and maybe it 's a good starting point.

thanx for sharing! I'll let you know how it goes.
